INITIAL MEETING & REVIEW

Schedule a complimentary consultation through our website. An Urban Blueprint Project Manager will come meet with you to walk through your home, discuss your project needs, design, and budget.

PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT

Based on our experience, the construction plans and specifications, and the owners’ explanation of the project, Urban Blueprint will prepare a worksheet with a breakdown of project costs with any notes that apply to specific items. During this stage, revisions will be made to the project worksheet based on your feedback. Once the agreement is finalized, Urban Blueprint will prepare the budget and schedule for your project.

BUDGET & SCHEDULE

Based on the proposal and agreement, Urban Blueprint will prepare a timeline and budget for your project. At this time, you will receive a secure login and password to access the details of your project in real time.

CONSTRUCTION & SELECTIONS

During the construction phase, Urban Blueprint will manage every step of the project from start to finish. Throughout this phase, you can access your project at any time from anywhere using your login. You can view your project summary, calendar, documents, photos, change orders, selections, payments, and interact with your Project Manager in real time. Selection options and details will be shared, and scheduled deadlines to sign-off on finishes will ensure that the project stays on schedule.

DELIVERY

The final stage is the delivery of the project to the client. Our Client Services will provide a package for ongoing maintenance, repair of building components, and interior decorating. With extensive knowledge of your home, Urban Blueprint is well-equipped to assist with any additional services following the completion of your renovation or new build.

  Excellent design and build services. We had our whole house designed/renovated by Urban Blueprint, and it was a wonderful experience. No stress. Very fast. We had a contract and everything was done as agreed for the price agreed on time. Both Natasha and Luca are very nice people as are their workers. All work was excellent quality and if I had any comments or concerns, they were remedied immediately (which is not unexpected on a whole-house renovation). I would highly recommend this firm for your renovation or new build in Toronto. We liked and trusted them so much that we had them build a new backyard and basement office a year after they finished the original renovation.

  Urban Blueprint did both the design and general contracting for a major renovation (ie complete gut job, basement being made deeper, stunningly  beautiful rebuild) of what has now become our beloved family home.

My wife and I are very pleased with the result.
