The founders of Urban Blueprint come from a long line of distinguished builders and developers, committed to building quality custom homes. With combined experience of over 50 years, Urban Blueprint was founded to fill a niche in the market providing luxury and customized service to the renovation market.  Working with clients from start to finish, from design and conceptual phases, construction management, and right up to interior design, the Urban Blueprint team is with you every step of the way.

Luca Penzo

With over a decade of expertise in real estate development and construction, Luca Penzo is a visionary leader at Urban Blueprint. He oversees design, architectural planning, and construction management, ensuring each project is executed with precision and sophistication.

Rooted in a legacy of builders, Luca’s passion for craftsmanship runs deep—his father and grandfather instilled in him an unwavering commitment to excellence from an early age. His hands-on expertise is reinforced by certifications in Construction Management, REVIT Architecture, and BCIN, making him a trusted authority in the industry.

As Co-Founder of Urban Blueprint and the visionary force behind Homekin, Natasha Penzo is transforming the way people design, build, and experience their homes. Homekin—her groundbreaking venture—is shaping the future of online interior design, making high-end expertise more accessible, seamless, and tailored than ever before.

A real estate broker with The Penzo Team at Chestnut Park, Natasha seamlessly bridges the worlds of buying, selling, building, and decorating, offering clients a fully integrated, end-to-end experience.

Her leadership and expertise have earned national recognition in Globe & Mail, Toronto Life, The Star, HGTV, House & Home, and Style at Home, solidifying her influence in the industry.
