With combined experience of over 50 years, Urban Blueprint was founded to fill a niche in the market providing luxury and customized service to the renovation market.  Working with clients from start to finish, from design and conceptual phases, construction management, and right up to interior design, the Urban Blueprint team is with you every step of the way.

With over a decade of expertise in real estate development and construction, Luca Penzo is a visionary leader at Urban Blueprint. He oversees design, architectural planning, and construction management, ensuring each project is executed with precision and sophistication.

Rooted in a legacy of builders, Luca’s passion for craftsmanship runs deep—his father and grandfather instilled in him an unwavering commitment to excellence from an early age. His hands-on expertise is reinforced by certifications in Construction Management, REVIT Architecture, and BCIN, making him a trusted authority in the industry.

Fatima Ahmed

Intermediate Architectural Designer

Fatima is an Intermediate Architectural Designer with experience delivering thoughtful, technically detailed residential projects from concept through construction documentation. With a strong background in architectural design, Revit, permit drawings, and construction coordination, she combines creative problem-solving with technical precision to help transform ideas into beautifully executed homes. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and passion for residential architecture make her a valuable member of the Urban Blueprint team.

JIYA PURI

INTERIOR DESIGN COORDINATOR

Jiya Puri combines her innate attention to detail and spatial design skills to elevate each project with global elegance and innovative techniques. Her ability to source unique finishes and align with client aesthetics ensures that every design is both authentic and stylish.

Vanessa Lunni

Project Coordination & Design Assistant

Vanessa is currently completing her Architectural Technology studies at George Brown College, where she has developed strong technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop. With a background in real estate and a growing passion for residential architecture and construction, she supports the Urban Blueprint team with project coordination, drawing production, design documentation, and day-to-day project organization. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and collaborative approach make her an excellent addition to the team.
