With over a decade of dedicated experience in real estate development and construction, Luca Penzo is a seasoned professional in his field. As a leader within the Urban Blueprint team, Luca spearheads design, architectural planning, and construction management.
Luca’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service sets a high standard. His transparent approach consistently exceeds client expectations and delivers unmatched value. His passion for his craft is deeply rooted in a lineage of builders, with his father and grandfather paving the way. From the earliest chapters of his life, Luca has been fully immersed in the world of construction.
Luca holds a construction management certificate, a REVIT architectural certificate, and a BCIN certification, solidifying his hands-on expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence in his role.

With an impressive legacy spanning over two decades of hands-on expertise, Andrea Circosta carries a rich family heritage deeply rooted in the construction industry. From his earliest days in crown moulding installation, Andrea’s journey has transformed into an enduring career working with notable builders and designers across Toronto and the GTA’s most prestigious and sought-after neighbourhoods.
Andrea’s experience has fostered an intrinsic comprehension and genuine reverence for the artistry of construction. Full of innovative ideas, Andrea is adept at finding solutions for projects of every magnitude. Guided by an unwavering commitment to precision, each venture is meticulously curated to surpass the highest benchmarks of quality.
Inspired and motivated by client visions and goals, Andrea is passionate about seeing a space evolve through every phase; conversations become blueprints, blueprints become a job site and finally, the job site becomes a finished home. A valuable member of the Urban Blueprint team as Project Coordinator, Andrea’s unwavering commitment to excellence is evident in his dedication to every facet of project execution, leaving a lasting impression on clients.
Jiya Puri
Interior Design Coordinator
Hailing from the Himalayas in India and a graduate of both Central Saint Martins in London as well as OCAD University in Toronto, Jiya Puri brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience to the Urban Blueprint team as an Interior Design Coordinator. Both her academic and professional background have fostered a fresh perspective in design allowing her to bring an element of global elegance with every project.
Jiya’s affinity for detail is innate, a trait that becomes palpable as she finds potential in every space she encounters, a testament to her prowess as a spatial designer. Armed with AutoCAD as her artistic tool, Jiya continues to amaze clients with her ability to bring their visions and ideas to life with intricate design details and plans.
An unquenchable thirst for knowledge continues to propel Jiya’s career. A self-starter always pursuing innovative design techniques and materials, Jiya ensures each project is in keeping with current styles and client desires. Her ability to source pieces and finishes that elevate each project, while aligning with client aesthetics, allows her to breathe life and authenticity into every design.
Gabrielle Chapman
Marketing Director
Gabrielle stands as a seasoned visual and creative authority, meticulously orchestrating the content that graces the entirety of the Penzo Family of Companies’ platforms. After obtaining her BA (Hons.) from the University of Toronto, Gabrielle subsequently pursued a post-graduate degree in Copywriting, which propelled her into a career in advertising copywriting. During this tenure, she contributed to the social strategy of multinational brands, a journey that ultimately unveiled her affinity for diverse industries encompassing fashion, automotive, and technology.
Gabrielle channels her multifaceted experience into her role as the Marketing Director, where she harnesses her passion for real estate and design with impactful marketing strategies. Drawing upon her extensive background in copywriting, Gabrielle oversees the narrative that traverses all corners of The Penzo Team’s digital and print presence.
Spencer Simon
Marketing and Client Care Specialist
In her role as a Marketing and Client Care Specialist, Spencer channels her passion for real estate to effectively communicate and cater to the needs of clients, both past and present. With a discerning eye for design, Spencer utilizes social media not only to strengthen existing relationships but also to forge new connections, employing a strategic and creative approach to crafting social content.
Having obtained her BA from St. Francis Xavier University, Spencer’s academic journey laid the groundwork for her subsequent career in Fashion Marketing and PR. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the field now stand as a valued resource within the team’s arsenal. While fulfilling her current role by assisting the team, Spencer is also dedicating herself to obtaining her real estate license with the aim of joining The Penzo Team as an agent.
Sofia Cerasuolo

Fueled by a passion cultivated through her travels and formative years spent in art school, Sofia has nurtured an innate flair for creativity and a remarkable technical understanding from an early age. Presently, on the path to completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Science and Project Management (BArchSC(Hons)) at Toronto Metropolitan University, Sofia holds her position as an Intern Designer with Urban Blueprint.
Sofia’s work is a testament to her interdisciplinary enthusiasm, as well as her unwavering dedication to innovation and sustainable design. As an Intern Designer, Sofia embraces each day as an opportunity to apply and grow her skills and knowledge. Through meaningful engagement with clients and involvement with a diverse range of projects, Sofia expands her horizons while remaining a valued member of the team.
Karen Cortes
E-Designer
An accomplished architect with a specialization in interior design specialist, Karen Cortes proudly holds a degree from UDEM Mexico. With her extensive expertise in interior design, Karen brings her talents to Homekin as an E-Designer.
With a remarkable journey spanning over 8 years, Karen has seamlessly blended her creative prowess with a diverse portfolio that extends across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Her distinctive touch is evident in high-end residential and commercial projects, where she transforms spaces into works of art.
What sets Karen apart is her innate ability to draw inspiration from the world around her. Whether it’s through photography capturing moments in time, the captivating environments she encounters, or the unique lifestyles of her clients, Karen is fueled by her passion to discover and celebrate the beauty within every space.
Ariel Songco

Ariel Songco, an accomplished architect originally from the Philippines, embarked on a transformative journey to the United States, where he spent four dynamic years working across California and New York. During this time, Ariel honed his expertise in both residential and commercial projects, as well as government endeavours, enriching his repertoire with invaluable North American experience. His leadership skills flourished as he supervised large teams, ensuring the successful execution of diverse projects.
In 1998, driven by his passion for construction and unwavering commitment to excellence, Ariel ventured to Canada to continue his career. With a steadfast dedication to his craft, he seamlessly integrated into the Canadian construction landscape, contributing his knowledge and skills to various ventures.
Now, Ariel brings his wealth of experience and proven track record to our team as a site supervisor. His keen eye for detail and deep understanding of each phase of the construction process, coupled with his leadership abilities, positions him as a valuable asset in ensuring the seamless implementation of our projects.
LEEN BOKR
Website Developer & Digital Strategist
An accomplished Website Developer & Digital Strategist with a remarkable tenure exceeding 3 years in the field, Leen Bokr holds a Bachelor’s in Graphic Communications Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and a certification in Design Management from the American University of Sharjah.
Originating from the vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Dubai, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her multicultural upbringing and diverse experiences. Seamlessly blending creativity with strategic acumen, she excels in crafting captivating online experiences and driving digital strategies. Certified in Google Ads and currently pursuing a Digital Marketing Management Certification from the University of Toronto to master SEM and SMM for driving business success, she leverages her expertise to enhance the digital footprint of Urban Blueprint.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, website management, and data analysis, Leen thrives in dynamic environments, poised to excel in her role, delivering significant ROI and navigating the evolving digital landscape.

We had a contract and everything was done as agreed for the price agreed on time. Both Natasha and Luca are very nice people as are their workers. All work was excellent quality and if I had any comments or concerns, they were remedied immediately (which is not unexpected on a whole-house renovation). I would highly recommend this firm for your renovation or new build in Toronto. We liked and trusted them so much that we had them build a new backyard and basement office a year after they finished the original renovation.
